How to Report a Suspicious or Expired Job on Rezq
Clear reports help the review team investigate faster and protect other job seekers from outdated or unsafe information.
Even with manual review, a job can later change, expire, use an inactive contact, or become connected to suspicious behavior outside the platform. Job seekers who report clear evidence help keep listings useful and safer.
Use the Rezq Contact page or any reporting option available on the listing. A useful report identifies the exact job and explains what happened without publishing private accusations or exposing personal information.
Save the exact job URL
Copy the page link and note the job title, employer name if shown, contact number, and date you viewed it. Screenshots are useful if the content or messages may change.
Do not rely only on a cropped screenshot that hides the listing identity.
Choose the correct reason
Common reasons include expired vacancy, wrong contact, misleading duties, duplicate listing, request for payment, suspicious document request, impersonation, discriminatory content, or unrelated advertising.
Select the closest reason and explain any details that do not fit the category.
Describe what happened clearly
Use dates, exact statements, and the sequence of events. For example: “The listing said no fee, but the contact requested 25 KWD before an interview on 14 July.”
Avoid insults, guesses, or conclusions that you cannot support. Facts help reviewers act faster.
Protect sensitive evidence
Hide bank balances, full identification numbers, passwords, one-time codes, and unrelated personal conversations. Share only the parts needed to understand the issue.
Keep original evidence privately in case the review team or relevant authority needs it later.
Report urgent safety or financial risks appropriately
A platform report helps review the listing, but immediate threats, fraud, stolen funds, or danger may also require contacting the relevant authority, bank, payment provider, or emergency service.
Do not wait for a platform review when personal safety is at risk.
Do not confront suspicious contacts
You do not need to prove the case yourself. Stop sending documents or money, preserve evidence, block the contact when appropriate, and report through a safe channel.
Public arguments may cause messages or accounts to disappear before evidence is saved.
Understand what the platform can review
Rezq can review the listing, account activity, submitted information, and evidence available to the platform. It may remove, reject, or investigate a listing, but it cannot guarantee recovery of money or control communication outside the site.
Clear expectations help you take the correct additional action when necessary.
Help prevent repeated problems
If the same phone number or company identity appears in several suspicious posts, include those links in one report. If a genuine employer corrects an outdated listing, the issue may be resolved without accusing the company of fraud.
Accurate reporting protects both job seekers and legitimate employers.
