• Join Our Growing Salon & Spa Group Are you an experienced finance professional with strong leadership skills We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our growing salon and spa business. • If you are passionate about financial excellence and business growth, we'd love to hear from you Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all accounting and finance operations. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management. • Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial performance. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. • Oversee payroll processing, staff commissions, and vendor payments. • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. • Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to support business growth. • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities when required. • Improve financial controls and operational efficiency across multiple salon and spa branches. • Requirements;- Master's in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or ACCA is an advantage).
