Auto Mechanic – Precast Factory
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair factory vehicles and heavy equipment used in precast operations. The ideal candidate will ensure minimal downtime of machinery such as loaders, forklifts, trailers, and transport vehicles critical to production and logistics. Key Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles and heavy equipment. Perform routine preventive maintenance on factory vehicles (e.g., trucks, forklifts, cranes, loaders). Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and diesel engine systems. Maintain service records and ensure timely reporting of maintenance activities. Conduct safety checks and ensure all equipment complies with safety standards. Coordinate with operations team to minimize equipment downtime. Identify and recommend parts for replacement and inventory control. Respond promptly to breakdowns within factory premises. Required Qualifications Diploma or ITI in Auto Mechanics / Diesel Mechanics or equivalent. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic (preferably in construction, precast, or heavy industry). Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and heavy machinery maintenance. Ability to read technical manuals and diagnostic tools. Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems.
