The employer is looking for a suitable candidate with the following job details: A well known company in Kuwait is looking for a Human Resource Officer for Food and Baverage Company Salary 250 k.d + accommodation Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, manpower planning, and recruitment Responsible to provide specialist information and guidance to employees and the management on Human Resources policies and practices and the Kuwait Law Ensure that all the company policies are up to date in line with current employment law Responsible to maintain the yearly budget for the Human resources, and ensuring the costs do not exceed the allotted budget Responsible to advise the management on the staff promotions Responsible for processing all government- related paperwork for the immigration, embassy, and work permits Conduct initial interviews and reference checks on the applicants Responsible for the training and induction of the new staff members Developing and implementing the performance appraisal system for the company and coordinating it..
