The employer is looking for a suitable candidate with the following job details: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Pre- Sales Engineer Handling Tenders for K Companies (KOC, KNPC & Other Clients) Responsibilities: 1 Tender Management: Handling tenders issued by KOC, KNPC, and other clients for various product categories, including Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, HVAC, and Safety Inquiry Evaluation: Evaluating potential inquiries to determine participation feasibility RFQ Management: Forwarding Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to potential sources in local and international locations Negotiation: Negotiating financial, technical, and delivery terms with manufacturers and suppliers to maintain a competitive edge Procurement Management: Managing procurement of products and services, including negotiation and drafting of Purchase Orders (P.O) and contracts terms and conditions Ensuring compliance with all related laws and regulations Custom RFQs: Generating custom RFQs based on client- issued..
