Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee both Food & Beverage Management (FBM) and Delivery Operations Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing restaurant operations, delivery performance, customer satisfaction, fleet efficiency, and overall business profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations of restaurants, kitchens, and delivery teams.
• Ensure smooth coordination between FBM and delivery operations.
• Monitor KPIs including sales, delivery times, customer satisfaction, and operational costs.
• Lead restaurant managers, supervisors, dispatchers, and delivery riders.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company standards.
• Monitor fleet utilization, rider performance, and delivery service quality.
• Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Control budgets, inventory, and operational expenses.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage and Delivery Operations Management.
• Strong background in restaurant operations and last-mile delivery services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing large teams and multiple locations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems.
• Valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage.
