MMC CATERING COMPANY Job Description: Social Media & Marketing Executive (Arab only) Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and hands- on Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. The role involves strategy, execution, and content supervision across all aspects of social media and community engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across all social media platforms. • Actively engage with the online community, respond to messages and comments, and grow engagement. • Monitor trends, identify real- time opportunities, and adapt content strategy accordingly. • Develop creative concepts for campaigns, visuals, and photoshoots. • Supervise content shoots (photo/video), ensuring brand alignment and execution quality. • Design content using Canva and other design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. is a plus). • Identify and liaise with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors. • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and approvals for influencer content. • Track performance and compile post- campaign reports. • Develop and execute monthly content calendars and digital campaigns aligned with marketing goals. • Contribute to overall social media strategy and growth plans. • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for optimization. • Ensure all digital touchpoints follow brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive aesthetic. • Assist with in- store activations, events, and real- time content coverage when needed. Qualifications & Requirements: • 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation. • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaign execution and design work. • Proficient in Canva; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a strong advantage. • Experience in photo/video shoot supervision and art direction. • Excellent communication and coordination skills. • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Flexible to attend shoots, events, or activations when required.
