Delivery Operations Supervisor – Kuwait looking for candidates working with major platforms. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Delivery Operations Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities Supervise daily delivery operations and drivers Coordinate with delivery platforms and dispatch teams Fleet management Cars Monitor driver attendance, performance, and KPIs Handle operational issues and ensure smooth workflow Prepare reports and maintain operational records Support onboarding and training of drivers Ensure compliance with company policies and Kuwait traffic regulations Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in Kuwait (delivery/logistics field preferred) Experience working with delivery platforms such as Keeta and Ninja Fluent in English Valid Kuwait driving license Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and computer systems/software Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and manage teams efficiently Preferred Experience in fleet management or logistics operations Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Location Kuwait To Apply Please send your CV along with your contact details and expected salary.
