Required experienced – Shop Drawing / CAD Coordinator (5–7 Years Experience)

The candidate must possess 5–7 years of proven experience in the preparation and coordination of shop drawings for the following project categories: • Architectural and commercial construction projects • Interior fit-out and refurbishment works • Signage and wayfinding systems • Structural steel and metal fabrication works • Aluminum, glass, curtain wall, and glazing systems • ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) cladding and façade works • Retail, hospitality, corporate, residential, and exhibition projects The candidate should be experienced in preparing shop drawings, fabrication drawings, production/manufacturing drawings, installation drawings, and as-built drawings, and capable of coordinating effectively with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines throughout the project lifecycle. Must have a strong understanding of the complete project cycle, including design review, site survey, shop drawing preparation, consultant/client approvals, material coordination, production planning, fabrication, installation, project handover, and as-built documentation. Additional Requirement: Ability to prepare accurate production files and manufacturing drawings for factory execution, ensuring compliance with project specifications, fabrication standards, and installation requirements. Preferred: GCC project experience with a sound understanding of project procedures, consultant approval processes, fabrication requirements, site execution, and industry standards.
