Procurement Officer

• Location: Kuwait Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: KD 300-350 per month (based on qualifications and experience) About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join a growing company in the healthcare and wellness distribution industry. • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring timely purchasing, and supporting inventory availability to meet business needs. • Key Responsibilities . • Source and evaluate local and international suppliers. • Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate favorable terms. • Prepare and process purchase orders. • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to prevent stock shortages. • Track shipments and follow up on order status. • Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier documentation. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers. • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
