• A reputed Kuwait-based Trading & Contracting Company is looking for an experienced Executive Secretary to manage and coordinate the administrative and project work. • Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Kuwait. • Strong administrative, coordination, and organizational skills. • Experience in coordinating project and office teams. • Excellent English communication and MS Office skills. • Knowledge in Arabic is a MUST. • Ability to communicate with clients, suppliers, and government/official entities. • Valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage. • We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience.
