ob Vacancy: Supervisor – 3PL Delivery Company We are hiring a Supervisor for a growing 3PL logistics company. Job Details • Position: Supervisor • Salary: Starting from 250 KD • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Weekly Off: 1 day per week Responsibilities • Coordinate and communicate with riders on daily operations • Monitor rider performance and provide guidance for improvement • Give instructions and operational support to riders • Maintain and organize rider documents and records • Ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution • Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Excel Requirements • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Quick thinking and adaptability in fast-paced situations • Ability to manage and guide riders effectively • Multi-language skills are preferred • Previous experience in logistics or supervision is an advantage Arabic language must Skills Preferred • Leadership and team coordination • Problem-solving ability • Attention to detail • Time management Interested candidates can send their CV via upsjobsapplication95@gmail.com.
