Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer- focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent service to guests, take food and beverage orders, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome and seat guests in a courteous manner. Present menus and explain daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction. Handle customer requests, concerns, and complaints professionally. Process bills and payments accuraTel y. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations. Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant policies. Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Requirements *Asian only* High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast- paced environment. Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Basic math skills for handling payments. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
