About the Role Hash & Tarf is looking for a skilled, reliable, and detail- oriented Pastry & Bakery Maker to. The ideal candidate will prepare high- quality pastries and baked goods, maintain consistency in product quality, and support the daily operations of the kitchen.
Responsibilities Prepare pastries, baked goods, and other menu items to a high standard Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality Follow recipes and production standards accurately Prepare ingredients and manage daily production Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Monitor stock levels and inform management of supply needs Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards Support the team with day- to- day kitchen operations Requirements Previous experience in pastry and bakery preparation Good knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation Attention to detail and commitment to quality Responsible, punctual, and well- organized Ability to work efficiently in a fast- paced environment Basic English communication skills Additional Information Transportation and accommodation are not provided.
