We are hiring for CP Site Manager
Shall possess a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in any Engineering discipline or equivalent with accreditation through the AMPP/NACE and be minimally certified as CP Level 4 or equivalent. A minimum of fifteen (15) years’ experience in CP activities within the Oil and Gas industries and with at least five (5) years’ experience in supervising Specialized corrosion Personnel. Should have sound practical experience and knowledge of the following CP functions: a) Leadership and administrative skills to supervise and co-ordinate all the activities related to this Contract and having communication skills to report to the Superintendent’s Representative. b) Preparation of comprehensive reports including identification of causes of corrosion failures due to insufficient CP and provide the recommendations for appropriate and effective remedial work for submission to the Superintendent’s Representative/Corrosion Engineers. c) Setting and leading the Corrosion Surveys, Inspection and Test Programs carried out to measure the effectiveness of CP Systems carried out within the Services. Analyzing of data and making of recommendations and plans for improvements of the CP levels where and when necessary. d) Developing a ‘Maintenance Program’ and organizing ‘Standards and Operating Procedures’ for CP Systems. e) Understanding the full range of equipment and techniques and their proper application to survey, inspect and test the CP Systems. Applying new technologies to existing CP Programs. f) Understand and comply with codes, regulations, reporting procedures, and standard practices g) Conducting formal training courses as well as providing one-on-one training for undersigned Personnel and Company’s Corrosion Engineers by demonstrating the proper use of the various instruments and testing techniques required for a CP System.
