• شركة تعمل في مجال الصناعات الخشبية تعلن عن حاجتها الى مراقب قسم التجميع – Assembly Supervisor للعمل في الكويت. • المهام الوظيفية:. • الاشراف الكامل على عمليات التجميع ومتابعة جودة التنفيذ. • قراءة وتحليل المخططات التنفيذية وتوجيه فريق العمل وفقا لها. • ادارة دورة المنتج داخل قسم التجميع حتى التسليم النهايي. • ضمان تطبيق معايير الجودة والسلامة داخل القسم. • التنسيق مع الاقسام الاخرى لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة. • قيادة فريق العمل ومتابعة الاداء. • المتطلبات:. • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في نفس المجال. • معرفة تامة بانواع الاخشاب وطرق التعامل معها. • القدرة على قراءة المخططات التنفيذية بدقة.
