Job description

• مطلوب مراقب قسم الصبغ – Painting Supervisor للعمل لدى شركة متخصصة في مجال الصناعات الخشبية في الكويت. • المهام الوظيفية:. • الاشراف الكامل على عمليات الصبغ ومتابعة جودة التنفيذ. • ادارة دورة المنتج داخل قسم الصبغ من مرحلة التحضير وحتى التسليم النهايي. • ضمان تطبيق معايير الجودة والسلامة داخل القسم. • قيادة فريق العمل وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة الاداء. • التنسيق مع الاقسام الاخرى لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة. • الشروط والمتطلبات:. • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في نفس المجال. • معرفة تامة بانواع الاصباغ والاخشاب وطرق التعامل معها. • القدرة على قراءة المخططات التنفيذية بدقة. • مهارات قيادية والقدرة على ادارة فريق عمل بكفاءة.
